Im Eliot Nemzer and I am a Certified Hypnotherapist. In my private practice of over 10 years I have assisted individuals and couples in making transformational changes in their lives. It is possible to awaken, from moment to moment, from the trance that keeps you "asleep at the wheel" to the clarity you need to guide your life towards the realization of your deepest longings. With the "trance-formational" process of Hypnotherapy and other liberating techniques, we'll cultivate the shift of awareness you need to put yourself at the "helm" of your life. In sessions with me you'll learn to use hypnosis, conscious dreaming, and other transformational tools to delve to the roots of stressful feelings such as hopelessness, powerlessness and rage, as well as patterns of experience such as depression, anxiety, phobias, addictions, and relationship issues. You will learn to identify triggers that set off the chain reaction of unconscious coping strategies that have been in place since you were very young. These strategies once kept you "safe" and helped you survive. Some of these strategies, however, have come at a very high price, evidenced by the quality of life you now experience. I can teach you how to become more intimately connected to the ingredients of the process which creates your unconscious coping strategies. You will learn how to use any experience that triggers you as an opportunity to deepen your connection to the treasure that you are. You will learn how to reprogram the strategies that diminish your sense of wellbeing and vitality. You will learn how to cultivate and care for a deeper connection to the miraculous gift that is your life and the life around you. Let me introduce you to how hypnotherapy can help you in your life... |
